Taught by the 2010 Midtown Cocktail Week Competition Champion, Russell Eastman, Home Bartender students will learn basic bartending skills for entertaining guests, or simply for creating that perfect cocktail to compliment dinner. And Italian influences add a special layer of knowledge that will add depth to your home bar bottle selection.

Each student will take home a special gift bag, and lunch is also included with your ticket price.

Advanced Home Bartender 102.... With a Thai Twist

Taught by a local celebrity bartender, and with a guest appearance by the newly-titled 2011 Midtown Cocktail Week Competition Champion, Dominique Gonzales, students will enjoy 5 cocktail and cuisine pairings as you learn about the unique flavors and techniques of Thai mixology. It's ok if you are a little rusty, but please be ready to take your Home Bartending to the next level!

Each student will also take home a special gift bag.

Steve Beal, Master of Whisky, is a go-to authority for brown spirit education. His goal is to equip consumers and bartenders with knowledge that will allow them to discern a single malt scotch from a blend, or a Bourbon from a Tennessee whiskey. He has received the Keeper of the Quaich, the highest honor one can receive in the Whisky industry, and is the American recipient of the 2011 Icons of Whisky award from Whisky Magazine.
